I don’t have a powerful testimony that would leave you in awe of the radical turn around my life has taken since meeting Jesus.

In fact, I have always struggled with feeling average. Average height, weight, looks, grades, athletic endeavors, writing, speaking, faith.. and on the list goes. I have never had a mastery of one specific thing and often could just smile, shrug and say I am a “jack of all trades, master of none”.
I understood what it meant to live my life surrendered to Jesus by the age of 7. I had a child like faith that would grow as I did. (Thank you to prayer warrior parents!)
I am so thankful for the life I had, but I was consistently haunted by the feeling of being so average. The “average at best” mentality suffocated my willingness to share Jesus, because I didn’t have a radical story to tell. “.
In a recent conversation, I realized my story is not uncommon. I talked about it more here: BRAVE on APPLE PODCASTS
How beautiful for me to be in a generational family of Jesus followers. My powerful testimony was standing on the shoulders of those who had gone before me. I just didn’t see it that way.
I thank God for people He has radically saved. I am thankful for those who can explode the stage with a mic and write books testifying to miraculous encounters, it just seemed so far from the Jesus I knew or was living for…or so it seemed. Maybe you too?
However, it’s not about me (it never was), it’s about Him… Until next time…
Matthew 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit”.
The command remains: If you know the way, the truth and the life..share it.
